I’ll be hanging out with Dan Koboldt, Kathleen Allen, Danna Staaf, and Amy Mills at Mysterious Galaxy Bookstore in San Diego to talk about our new anthology, Putting the Science in Fiction. Come get expert advice from scientists and professionals on how to make your fiction realistic.
Creatures of Halloween
Eaton Canyon, October 27, 5 pm-8 pm
Another non-book event, I’ll be at Eaton Canyon and rumor has it I’ll be wearing my Squirrel Girl costume. Do some fun squirrel-related arts and crafts with me, and also meet fellow author Diane Lang, who will be signing her delightful nature picture books. Admission is $5 or free for ECNCA members.
High Desert Book Festival
Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce, November 3, 9 am-5 pm
My last book festival of 2018 will be this mini pop-up book festival in Apple Valley, CA. Admission is free, so come get your books signed and have a great time.
